Hudson House becomes a Community Anchor Organisation

Hudson House has been accepted by the new North Yorkshire Council as the “Community Anchor Organisation” for upper Swaledale and Arkengarthdale. Community Anchor Organisation Status comes with three years of funding to improve community well-being and resilience. Our community is already pretty amazing. But we are working with our partner organisation Reeth and District Community Transport and North Yorkshire council to identify gaps and areas where we could usefully support new initiatives to help people. So watch this space over the comming months!
