6. Directors: The Board currently consists of:
Nick Caldwell (Chair), Mike Evershed, Jane Fawcett, Richard Good (Vice Chair), Gail Hall, Mark Jones, Penny O’Regan (Company Secretary & Finance Director), Mike Keenan and Paul Roger. In accordance with paragraphs 26 to 34 of the Company’s Articles of Association, one third of the Directors must resign by rotation – Gail Hall, Penny O’Regan and Paul Roger are due to retire as Directors this year, they may stand again if they wish. Up to six more Directors may be appointed and proposals for new Directors are welcomed.

Hudson House is a community led company wholly owned by members of the communities of Swaledale and Arkengarthdale. It does not receive any direct funding from public bodies.
The Annual General Meeting is open to everyone who lives, works, owns residential property in, or is on the electoral roll of the two electoral wards of Reeth with Arkengarthdale and Swaledale within the Richmondshire Rural District of the County of North Yorkshire
No fees or subscriptions are payable.
The Board of Directors meets a maximum of eight times a year and oversees the running of Hudson House
